Hoop Shoot Winners Advance
Six Wolf Point Hoop Shoot free throw contest winners that were sponsored by Wolf Point Elks Lodge No. 1764 competed at the district Hoop Shoot at Dawson County High School in Glendive Sunday, Jan. 5. They included Reed Garfield, Frontier Elementary School, boys’ ages 8-9; Trina Lynn Grandchamp, Frontier Elementary School, girls’ ages 10-11; Brenna Blount, Wolf Point Junior High, ages 12-13; Xavier Nasner, Vida Elementary School, boys’ ages 10-11; and Lennoxx Lilley, Poplar Middle School, boys’ ages 12-13. Ryan Smith, Frontier Elementary School, girls’ ages 8-9, is not pictured. Blount and Nasner finished in second-place and Garfield finished third.
