It was so good to see many people, new faces (from Alaska, Montana, Texas) and familiar ones, alumni and nearby communities join us for the 60th annual Schmeckfest at LCHS.

McCarty Wins Patriot’s Pen
VFW Post 3107 members presented a certificate and a $100 check to the Patriot’s Pen winner Trenton McCarty from Frontier School. Pictured (left to right) are Reid Coldwell, Post chairman Art Widhalm, Doug Peterson and winner Trenton McCarty. He received a certificate signed by Post commander Nick Pulver, quartermaster Scot Renville and scholarship Chairman Doug Peterson.
