Jerry James Mooney, 85, died March 20, 2025. He was born Oct. 31, 1939, and grew up in Watertown, S.D. He enlisted in the United States Air Force at the age of 17 and spent the next 20 years proudly serving his country. On Nov. 14, 1968, he married Barbara and became a father to Lori and Dana. When he retired, he moved his family to Wolf Point. He worked as a manager at Buttrey's until he and Barb moved and made Billings their home in order to be closer to their daughters and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy; mother, Mildred; and brother, Ron. He is survived by his wife, Barbara; daughters, Lori and Dana; and numerous grandchildren
