Phyllis Hubing, 88, of Circle died Tuesday, July 22, 2025. The funeral service will be announced at a later date pending the completion of the arrangements with Stevenson & Sons of Miles City.

Doreen “Ding” Ferguson, 61, of Poplar died July 8, 2025. She was born in Poplar to George and Lois Ferguson on July 29, 1963. She lived all her life in Poplar. She was a very caring, loving person who helped anyone in need when she could. Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren. She worked at Ole’s Floral Shop, college and housekeeper for Dr. Shanley. She did the best she could with what she had. She loved hard, cared hard, lived hard, but she always told you to take care and that she loved you. She is survived by her daughter, Amber LeMay; sons, George Montclair and Ezra; seven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Carlene, Ava, Connie and Jordis; and brothers, Leslie and Billy. She was preceded in death by granddaughter, Dassani BlackDog; siblings, Jeri Lynn, Rose Mary, Sandi and Jake. Her funeral service was held Friday, July 18, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Poplar with interment at the Poplar City Cemetery under the direction of Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel in Wolf Point.
