Lady Wolves Drop State Opener Against Huntley Project
Wolf Point’s girls’ basketball team lost to a solid Huntley Project squad, 70-28, in the first round of the Class B state tournament in Great Falls on Thursday, March 9.

Wolves Lose Contest Against Baker Girls
Wolf Point’s girls’ basketball season came to an end against Baker, 71-39, during action at the Class B state tournament in Great Falls on Friday, March 10.

Area Gymnasts Place During Action In Minot
With a three-for-three sweep in both the team and overall all-arounds, Eastern Montana Gymnastics won every top award available at the Rebel Round Up in Minot, N.D., on March 4-5.
All three teams (bronze, silver and gold) won first place, and three individuals (Ila Lehner, Jud Rehbein and Lina Smith) took home the top placings in each level in the all-around.

Lustre Christian Makes First Appearance At State Tournament
In their first game at the state basketball tournament in the school’s history, Lustre Christian came up short against Big Sandy, 60-47, in Billings on Thursday, March 9.
The Lions were never completely able to recover from a slow start in the opening-round contest. The Pioneers jumped out to a 13-3 lead in the contest. The outside shooting of Clay Reddig and Elijah Lenihan helped Lustre close
