Music Students Perform During Wolf Point’s Fall Concert
The Wolf Point High School’s music department entertained during its fall concert held on Tuesday, Oct. 10.
The high school choir opened the program with three selections. The choir sang The Lighthouse, Big Sky and Carry Me Home.

Wolf Point Hosts Child Care Resource Event
A first took place in Wolf Point on Tuesday, Oct. 10, when the Great Northern Development Corp., hosted a good turnout of interested individuals for the Eastern Montana Rural Child Care Resource Roundtable.
Quincy Walter, the regional director of the Small Business Development Center in Wolf Point, said she was thrilled with the attendance and the information covered during the presentations.

Oct. 19-20: No school. Oct. 21: Volleyball at Harlem, 1 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 4 p.m. State cross country meet in Kalispell.
Oct. 23: School board work session/special meeting, 5 p.m., central office.
Oct. 26-28: District volleyball tournament in Glasgow.
Speech, Drama Team Enjoys Large Turnout
After a standout speech and drama season last school year, the program is aiming for even better results this time around.
The team started practice on Oct. 2, with 24 students participating.
“It’s about eight more than last year,” the team’s coach Jacob Boysun said of the turnout. “This is one of the largest teams that Wolf Point has ever had.”
