Homestead, Long-Term Rental Reduced Rate Enrollment Pass Halfway Point
Thousands of Montana property owners have already successfully enrolled to receive property tax relief. To date, the Montana Department of Revenue has enrolled 7,936 homestead and 11,155 long-term rental properties to receive the reduced rates.
Qualified Montana homeowners and owners of longterm rental property have until March 1 to enroll their principal residence or longterm rental.
