Roosevelt County commissioners approved using ARPA [American Rescue Plan Act] Bucket B funds for projects in Culbertson and Wolf Point during their weekly meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 25. Terrence Raye Cambridge changed his plea to two charges during a hearing in district court on Tuesday, Oct. 25. After a plea agreement was reached, Cambridge made guilty pleas to the felony charge of criminal endangerment and the misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, first offense.
