Culbertson Players Receive All-State Football Honors

Culbertson is represented on the Class C All-State football team as juniors Mark Kirkaldie and Bridger Salvevold each earned All-State honors. State champion Fairview placed seven players on the squad including senior Brock Schlothauer, junior Deacon Gackle, junior Wyatt McPherson, junior Tyler Loan, senior Landen Thompson, senior Jeff Tjelde and senior Rowan Bushell. Froid Council Seeks Priority Projects

The Froid Town Council held its regular meeting Nov. 13. The public works report included sewer inspections and repair work done by Pace Construction. American Rescue Plan Act funds will be used in the spring to replace two manholes. Plans are also underway to address a sunken bus parking area near the school, with help from new Froid School superintendent Steve Mayhue. Blight cleanup efforts

Gas Prices Fall 11.4 Cents During Week

Average gasoline prices in Montana have fallen 11.4 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $3.20/g on Monday, Nov. 27, according to GasBuddy’s survey of 615 stations in Montana. Prices in Montana are 54.2 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 40.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has fallen 5.2 cents in the last week and stands at $4.23
