The Culbertson Town Council held its regular meeting Monday, March 11. Steve and Shelley Baldwin were present in the audience, as were Lary Pearson and Ian Walker. No public comment was offered. A watch party regarding local government is scheduled at the Roosevelt County Library in Wolf Point on Thursday, March 28, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. The Montana Constitution is unique in that it requires the citizens of the state be given the opportunity to vote on the option to study their form and structure of local government once every 10 years. The Culbertson Chamber of Commerce and the Cottonwood Club are sponsoring an Easter Egg Hunt Sunday, March 24, at 2 p.m. The event will be held at Bruegger Centennial Park. In case of inclement weather, the hunt will be held in the Culbertson High School gym. Organizers remind attendees not to be late as the hunt begins promptly.
