Cowboys Take Third Place At Richey/Lambert Track Meet


The Culbertson Cowboys accounted for 71 points to win third-place honors at the Richey/Lambert Invitational track meet on Thursday, April 10. The top two boys’ team at the 16-team meet were Plentywood with 107 and Fairview with 94 points. Topping the girls’ standings were Circle with 87, Scobey with 76 and Turner with 58 points. Culbertson tallied two points in the girls’ division.

Bulldogs Place Fifth In Lambert


Bainville’s girls struck for 47 points to take fifth place in the team standings at the Richey/Lambert Invitational held on Thursday, April 10. Elsie Wilson led the Bulldogs by earning first place in the long jump at 16-7, third in the 100-meter dash at 13.18 seconds, fourth in the triple jump at 33-7 and fifth in the 300-meter hurdles at 53.57 seconds.
