Officials are making some progress in their investigation regarding problems with providing water to some Brockton residents. In October, Roosevelt County commissioners agreed to pay $6,000 to investigate a water pressure problem. Commissioners said at a previous meeting that there have been water pressure problems with the north end of Brockton for quite some time. John Bach, project manager

The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 64 calls from Nov. 17-21. The calls included the following: Nov. 17 Deputies responded to Poplar’s tribal housing for a report of a female assaulting another female. They were fighting over some property.
