Wolves Drops Home Match
The Wolf Point Wolves won one set before losing at home against Malta in District 2B volleyball play on Saturday, Oct. 4.
Malta came away with a 2510, 20-25, 25-15, 25-12 victory.
In the first set, the M-Ettes jumped out to a 13-2 lead. The Wolves were able to fight back to 14-7 on kills by Ma’Kenzie Jackson and Lauren Rodenberg along with serves by Marley Moran.

Flag Football Team Wins Game At State Tourney
Wolf Point started its action at the state girls’ flag football tournament with a 39-12 victory over Hays-Lodgepole.
The Wolves scored two touchdowns in the opening quarter on a 20-yard run by Cadence Boudin and a 37yard dash on a reverse play by Adalyn Smith.
Wolf Point increased its lead to 19-0 on a 24-yard pass play when Ma’Kenzie Jackson caught a tipped pass from Maci Four Star-Sibley.
Wolf Point Loses Contest In Glasgow, 64-0
The Wolf Point Wolves fell behind by a 32-0 margin in the first quarter and lost at Glasgow, 64-0, in league football action on Friday, Oct. 3.
Glasgow scored on its first possession when senior Wyatt Sugg got in from two yards out. He also ran in the conversion for an 8-0 margin with 7:35 left in the opening quarter.

Lustre Drops Close Non-Conference Match Against Culbertson
Culbertson fought off Lustre in a non-conference volleyball match that went four sets in Lustre on Tuesday, Sept. 30.
The Cowgirls came away with a 25-15, 18-25, 25-15, 25-19 victory.
The serving of Stella Fox and net play of Catherine Donaldson led Culbertson to an 18-8 advantage in the first set. The Lions were able to battle back to 19-13 on aces by Hannah Brown and a kill by Aleah Fast.
