Roosevelt County is tied for 47th place in the state with an unemployment rate of 3.7 percent during October. The county has 4,190 residents employed, which is 80 less than a year ago. Also tied for 47th place at 3.7 percent are Chouteau, Wheatland and Wibaux counties.
