The Culbertson Town Council held their regular meeting Monday, Sept. 9. Council members approved an updated bathhouse schematic. The new design incorporates a family changing area. The council tabled an agenda item to decide on utilizing BMS Pay instead of Pay.Gov for online bill servicing. The cost per transaction would be $1.95 and there would be three percent fees on credit cards. The annual
