Christmas in Culbertson is coming up on Saturday, Dec. 7, including Breakfast with Santa beginning at 9 a.m. at the Culbertson High School cafeteria. The Bainville Town Council held its regular meeting The meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Toby Romo. Those present included Romo, Carol Rasmussen and Will Rathbun. A quorum was established. Clerk Billie Jo Cochran was also present. Guests included Darrel Rasmussen and David Norton. During public comment, Darrel Rasmussen inquired about the Local Government Study committee.
