Frackin’ Java Changes Hands
Longtime Frackin’ Java owners Laurie and Lee Averil have sold their Culbertson drive-through coffee business to Froid residents Alisha Maiolo and Austin Oelkers.
Maiolo is expected to start serving customers in early August. The new business name will be Sip Stop. The business is located on the south side of U.S,. Highway 2 next to Maria’s Restaurant.

Pippenger Plays Volleyball In Hawaii
Recent Bainville High School graduate Miah Pippenger had the opportunity to play at a volleyball tournament held in Hawaii this summer.
Pippenger and her teammates placed second in the NoKaOi volleyball tournament. She explained her teammates included girls from various states including Kansas and Texas.
