Terrence Raye Cambridge changed his plea to two charges during a hearing in district court on Tuesday, Oct. 25. After a plea agreement was reached, Cambridge made guilty pleas to the felony charge of criminal endangerment and the misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence, first offense. Maximum penalties for criminal endangerment are 10 years in jail, a $50,000 fine or both. According
