Culbertson Honors Sixteen Graduates
Culbertson High School honored 16 graduates at a ceremony in the school gym Saturday, May 22. The event was well attended and broadcast live on social media.
The processional was performed by the CHS band. Colby Olson welcomed community members to the ceremony.

Nyquist Winners, Scholarship Recipients Announced
The Thomas and Corrine Nyquist Foundation has announced the winners of its 2021 Nyquist Foundation Essay Contest. Held each year, the competition is meant to highlight a particular topic and engage local students in meaningful conversations. This year’s topic is “What do you think your generation is going to do for the world?”

Grace & Peace Gives Back
Culbertson’s Grace & Peace Church Sunday school teacher Ashlee Anderson told the Community News that participants have raised enough funds to sponsor four pigs, seven chickens, three roosters, honey bees and four flock of goats and chickens for children abroad via the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America’s Good Gifts catalogue. The class meets on Wednesdays at the church in Culbertson.

JMG Visits Wild Calf Coffee, WSC
Culbertson and Glasgow JMG/YE students teamed up on Wednesday, May 12, to help both schools compete in The Prospects contest, sponsored by the Montana Chamber of Commerce.
Students visited Dustin and Sara Harmon, owners of local coffee roasters Wild Calf Coffee in Bainville. Some students were surprised to learn that their chosen business was located at the end of an unpaved county road. Advisors
