Kai Irwin Leigh Underdahl changed his plea to guilty on two counts during a hearing in district court on Tuesday, May 25. Underdahl made guilty pleas to two counts of criminal endangerment. The Tribal Health Board of the Fort Peck Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes has released an order to relax restrictions that were made due to the spread of COVID. The Tribal Health Board passed the order Thursday, May 20. A Brockton woman died in a crash on BIA Route 1 between Wolf Point and Poplar May 28. The woman, a 34-year-old Brockton resident, was pronounced dead at the scene Friday night. She had not been identified at press time.
