The Roosevelt County commissioners have approved a proposal for a siren project for four communities in the county. The proposal was for $219,751 from Industrial Communications. The project is to fund new emergency sirens in the communities of Wolf Point, Brockton, Culbertson and Bainville. The sixth inning proved to be the difference as the Post #49 Bulls edged Wolf Point, 9-5, in a well-played American Legion baseball contest played in Froid on Thursday, June 17. Wolf Point enjoyed the better of it early in the game. The Yellow Jackets opened with four runs in the top of the first inning as Preston Swenson, Gage Bushman, Charlie Page and Terry Allmer all crossed the plate. Allmer
