The Culbertson Town Council held their regular meeting Tuesday, Oct. 12. The full council was in attendance. Council members approved $20,000 for operations and maintenance at Big Sky Airport. It is the latest dispensation of American Rescue Plan Act funding in the community. Two sketch/site plans were approved: a shed for Travis Northington and a fence/deck plan for Russell Riegler.

John David Panasuk of Bainville made not guilty pleas to the charges of possession of dangerous drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia during a district court hearing on Wednesday, Oct. 13. The charges were originally filed in May, but Panasuk was just recently located to be arrested. Maximum penalty for the possession of dangerous drugs charge is five years in prison and a fine of $5,000.
