For the 100th performance of the Wolf Point Wild Horse Stampede, an anonymous donation of $20,000 was awarded to the Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture Stampede Committee to be added to the rough stock purse. This outstanding and generous donation has been given in honor and in recognition of the late Jim Reinhart of Wolf Point, who managed the bucking stock for Brookman Rodeo Company

Central Montana bullfighter J.D. Harrell is coming back for the 2023 Wild Horse Stampede on Thursday through Saturday, July 6-8. Harrell’s career as a bullfighter goes back to his time competing in high school rodeo in Roy, north of Lewistown, where he grew up and still lives. Harrell found that bullfighters were needed at high school rodeos. He would compete in the bullriding event, then
