First Saturday hours are back on at the Culbertson Public Library. Next month, the library will be open Feb. 7 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., along with regular hours as advertised. Culbertson’s streets will soon be sporting a new identity. The city fathers have purchased new, large, bright street signs that have a green background with white lettering. The nine-inch high, 36-inch long metal signs will also sport new brackets. The old signs, which have been in place for many years, had a white background with dark letters.
