American Prairie, formerly APR, has purchased a large property on the eastern border of the Fort Belknap Indian Reservation in Phillips County. The nearly 5,000-acre property comprises 3,075 deeded acres and leased acres near Dodson. Culbertson Hosts Montana 4-H Rec Lab


Culbertson School was the location of this years Montana 4-H Rec Lab. Over 160 participants and volunteers ages 13-18 descended upon the Culbertson School to partake in this fun, educational and leadership event. Rec Lab which stands for “recreation lab,” is an affair that happens once a year around the state in the eight different 4-H districts, so it will not be held again in our area

Froid High School senior Trevor Goff finds music is one of his favorite activities at the school. Goff has been successful in both band and choir during his high school days. He has played the trumpet for six years. Last school year, he earned a “I” score for his singing of “My Lord What A Morning” at the state music festival. “I feel like my voice is easily controlled,”
