Later Don and his friend Frank Henderson founded and operated a successful riding academy called the H-Bar-H Ranch. They taught people how to ride horses in the Gibson Park area of Great Falls. Piocos Files Suit  Against County

Piocos Files Suit Against County


Former Roosevelt County employee Frank Piocos filed a lawsuit against the county last week. The action seeks declaratory relief and claims the county didn’t have authority to remove him from office.
