Bainville Approves Rates Increase, Clerk


The Bainville Town Council held its regular meeting Monday, Nov. 13. The full council was in attendance. A resolution was passed approving a small increase to water and sewer solid waste rates. The council also passed a resolution approving a credit card for use by town employees for municipal purchases. Lifelong Bainville resident Billi Jo Cochran was approved as the new town clerk. She was
