District Judge Benjamin Fosland presided over a series of cases during hearings held in district court on Wednesday, Feb. 12. After admitting to violating conditions of his suspended sentence during a hearing on Jan. 28, a disposition was conducted for John David Panasuk on Wednesday. Roosevelt County commissioners agreed to adopt a resolution on Thursday, Feb. 6, to oppose pending proposed Montana legislation that would prohibit tax-funded associations to lobby in Helena.
