Brown Makes Not Guilty Plea To Drug Charge
James Taylor Brown of Wolf Point had his arraignment hearing conducted in district court on Wednesday, May 21.
He is facing the federal charge of criminal possession of dangerous drugs. He is accused of being in possession of meth on April 19.
If convicted of the charge, Brown faces maximum penalties of five years in jail, a $5,000 fine or both.
