A jury trial has been scheduled for April 20 in Great Falls for the case involving Cheryl Nygaard vs. Centennial Colon and Roosevelt County. Cheryl Nygaard, representative for the estate of the late Clay Nygaard, filed a lawsuit regarding Clay Nygaard’s death in a vehicle crash that occurred on June 19, 2024. The case was filed in U.S. District Court in Great Falls on Oct. 17, 2024.
