The Montana State University freshman from East Helena lived on the poverty line for most of her life and would enter college as a first-generation student. Wolf Point Senior Rodenberg Succeeds In Sports, Academics Wolf Point High School senior Lauren Rodenberg is a good example of how a student can successfully mix both busy athletics and academics involvement. Rodenberg’s activities include volleyball, tennis, National Honor Society and pep club. She is also toying with the idea of serving as the flag football program’s manager.

The Culbertson Saddle Club hosted its annual two-day Labor Day Weekend Wagon Train event over the holiday weekend. This year marked the 57th installment. Attendees took advantage of cool weather to enjoy some scenery, make a few new friends and catch up with old ones out on the trail.
