Bainville Dollars For Scholars Plan Annual Holiday Bazaar

The Bainville Dollars for Scholars will hold its annual holiday bazaar on Friday, Nov. 21, to raise funds for scholarships.

The event will run from 3-8 p.m. in the school’s multi-purpose room.

Fundraising will include soup, pie, a silent auction and shopping.

Bainville’s Dollars for Scholars has been assisting local students for more than 25 years.

The organization raises between $10,000 and $15,000 annually to present scholarships to Bainville students.

The group’s main fundraising efforts during the year include the holiday bazaar and then a spring fling during April. The spring night usually features a fancy meal along with a silent auction.
