Marietta FourBear
Marietta Judy “Babe” Four-Bear, 92, of Brockton died Aug. 9, 2025, in Wolf Point.
She was born on May 21, 1933, to George and Katherine (Red Eagle) Blount in Brockton. She lived in Brockton/ Fort Kipp area in her early years. She attended school in Brockton, graduating from Brockton High School in 1950.
In 1953, she married Donald Todd and had sons, Darrell and Al Rodney, and daughter, Kayleen. They later divorced and she moved back to Brockton.
She met Rudolph “Wixie” Young and they had Wayne Little Crow. She later met and married Raymond Four Bear in 1972 and they remained together until his death in 2008.
She enjoyed spending time with her grandmother, Lucy Little Crow Red Eagle, until her death in 1954. She was fluent in the Dakota language and had many memories and stories to tell of grandma Lucy.
She was a member of the Lloyd Red Eagle Memorial Presbyterian Church and was also a member of the Ladies Aid group held every Thursday.
She loved attending basketball games, bingo, powwows and family get-togethers. Her pride and joy were her children and grandchildren. She also loved watching NBA basketball games and movies until the wee hours
