Bainville’s Wilson Earns 4-H Foundation Award
The Montana 4-H Foundation recently announced it has awarded higher education scholarships totaling nearly $37,000 to 42 recipients. The scholarships go to graduating 4-H members and alumni in 26 counties and tribal areas across Montana. Members can use scholarships for post-secondary education during the 2025-26 academic year.
Area recipients included: Roosevelt County: Elsie Wilson, Steer in Trailer Sales 4-H Scholarship, $500.
Richland County: Rhett Rossol, W. Doyle Stocks Scholarship, $500.
Montana 4-H is part of Montana State University Extension. It provides education to youth ages 5 to 18. Collegiate 4-H is also available at MSU. Montana 4-H reaches more than 17,000 youth and is supported by 3,000 volunteers.
Scholarships can be based on an annual gift or established as endowments.
