The student athletes included Wolf Point’s Jewel Olson, who is a track standout at Dickinson State University, Poplar’s Jazmin Gorder, who competes in wrestling and cross country at Minot State

Fast-pitch girls’ softball teams from Wolf Point and Culbertson battled in a league game played in Wolf Point on Tuesday, June 11. Both teams had highlights during the contest, but the Culbertson Cubs emerged with a 15-8 victory. Culbertson jumped out to a 5-0 lead during the first two and a half innings of action.
