FFA Students Earn Honors At Competition

FFA students from Culbertson, Froid and Bainville were among the participants at the floriculture and ag sales competitions held in Sidney on Monday, Dec. 2.

In the floriculture varsity team standings, Sidney topped the standings. Bainville took second, Culbertson placed fourth and Froid was sixth.

Froid’s Addison Elvsaas earned fourth and Bella Trapp placed fifth in the individual standings.

Ranking in the top 10 for Bainville were Azure Mahoney in third, Elsie Wilson took fourth and Lila Butikofer in ninth. Ivy Colvin led Culbertson with a 15th place showing.

In the JV competition, Bainville placed first, Culbertson earned third place and Froid was fourth.

Culbertson’s Payton Labatte took first, Josie Simonsen was fourth, Kalia Featherston was sixth and Bella Peterson took seventh for JVs.

Bainville’s Tenley Berwick placed fourth and Scarlet Mahoney was sixth for JVs.

For ag sales, Bainville’s team took second, Froid was fourth and Culbertson earned fifth for varsity teams.

Culbertson’s Mark Kirkaldie placed second and Henry Colvin earned fifth place.

Bainville’s Kaston Hofer placed fifth and Rowan Wilson earned seventh place.

Froid’s Cody Olson earned fourthplace honors.

For ag sales at the JV level, Culbertson’s Felixe Becker took third place and Wyatt Martin was 10th.

Bainville’s Kalli Harmon finished in fourth place.

Froid’s Angie Clark was fifth and Trinity Gregor took sixth place.
