Woman Dies In Crash Near Fort Kipp A 28-year-old female driver was killed in a crash near Fort Kipp early Saturday, Dec. 23. The Montana Highway Patrol reports that the crash happened at 2:51 a.m. at 3365 BIA Route 1. The Pontiac Grand Prix was traveling east on BIA Route 1 and went off the road into the south ditch.
