School Board Approves Athletic Funding


The Culbertson School Board met in regular session on Tuesday, July 19, at 6:30 p.m. Trustees present were Paul Finnicum, Mark Colvin, Ian Walker and Luke Anderson. Representatives Larry Crowder, Mike Olson, Dave Solem and Lora Finnicum were also present. Visitors were recognized. Reports were presented. Staff has begun gearing up for the start of school. Board reviewed uniform replacements

Keller, Redfield Place Second At Tourney


The team of Kris Keller and Charles Redfield placed second at the Hell Creek Walleye Tournament during the weekend. Keller and Redfield finished with a weight of 64.55 pounds. After the first day of the tournament, Keller and Redfield stood in first place at 39.01 pounds. Gage Gordon and Owen Wilcox topped the field with a final weight of 80.78 pounds. New Auto Parts Store Opens In Culbertson


A ribbon cutting and grand opening was hosted at Culbertson’s new auto parts store, Auto Value Parts, located inside Hi-Line Service & Hydraulics’ location at 603 6th St East on the north side of US Highway 2. Hi-Line Service is owned and operated by Cassandra and Eric Bergum. Representatives from Auto Value Parts were on hand to help serve hot dogs and root beer floats. Over 130 people
