Roosevelt County commissioners approved declaring the existence of seven county roads during their weekly meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 20. The state health department is again accepting applications from people who want to update the gender marker on their birth certificates following a court order this week. However, the Department of Public Health and Human Services said it could take up to six months to process an application.
