Culbertson To See Water Rate Increase

The Culbertson Town Council approved a water rate increase at the regular meeting April 11. Council members approved an increase of $3 to users’ base rate and approximately 57 cents per 1,000 gallons used. The increase will appear in the June billing cycle. The increase was the exact amount handed down from Dry Prairie for spring rate adjustments.
