Culbertson School, Teachers Agree On Contract

The Culbertson School Board and the Culbertson teachers union have come to agreement on a three-year contract.

The contract includes a 2 percent increase annually with experience level increases of 2 and 4 percent every fifth year.

Teachers will also receive longevity pay of an additional $1,500 for 20 or more years with the Culbertson School District.

There will be insurance increases of $25 per month per year of the contract. The current contract insurance stipend is $700 per month. The first year of the new contract will increase the stipend to $725 per month. The second year of the contract will increase the stipend to $750 per month. The third year of the contract will increase the stipend to $775 per month.
