Culbertson’s boys’ basketball team fell short to Fairview, 66-34, at home on Saturday, Jan. 16. Fairview led 20-6 at the end of the first quarter and 31-10 at the half. Lady Wolves Fall Short Against Glendive


The Wolf Point Lady Wolves hustled throughout the contest but came up just short, 41-37, against Glendive at home on Tuesday, Jan. 12. The shorter Wolf Point team, which provided a 100-percent effort, pulled to 36-34 on a Haidyn Raining Bird with 3:17 remaining in the contest. Wolf Point Boys Look Ahead To Conference Schedule


Wolf Point’s boys’ basketball team played close in the first half before falling in Glendive, 68-38, on Tuesday, Jan. 12. The Wolves trailed by only a 12-7 margin in the first quarter and 24-17 at intermission. Glendive took control with 20 points in the third quarter and 24 more points in the fourth period. “We’re very inconsistent right now,” Wolf Point Coach Troy Blount said.
