Bainville Races In Sidney

Bainville’s girls scored 36 points for sixth place at the Eagle Invitational in Sidney on Saturday, May 7.

Elsie Wilson had a standout day for the Bulldogs. The freshman placed second in the 100 at 13.9 seconds, second in the 300-meter hurdles at 53.39 seconds and second in the high jump at 4-8.

Wilson took third in the 100-meter hurdles at 18.26 seconds and third in the 200 at 30.3 seconds.

In the boys’ division, Charles Butikofer placed fourth in the javelin at 138-8. C. Butikofer and Samuel Butikofer tied for sixth in the high jump at 5-6.

Ayden Knudsen finished sixth in the 800 at 2:23.87.

Carter Winn was ninth in the 300-meter hurdles at 51.44 seconds and 10th in the 100 at 12.9 seconds. S. Butikofer finished 10th in the

400 at 61.35.
