RedHawks Battle Fusion Before Electric Crowd

The Froid-Lake RedHawks put up a determined fight against the Richey-Lambert Fusion during an energetic homecoming-week volleyball match.

An electric crowd representing both teams filled the gym, creating a lively atmosphere from the opening serve to the final point. Cheers echoed throughout the building as the Red-Hawks and Fusion battled for momentum.

Although Richey-Lambert came away with the victory, Froid-Lake remained competitive throughout the match. The RedHawks continued fighting through each set and received contributions on both offense and defense.

Isabelle Nordwick, who was crowned this year’s Froid-Lake homecoming queen, delivered a strong allaround performance. She led the RedHawks’ attack with seven kills, made two blocks at the net and anchored the back-row defense with a team-high 11 digs.

Laytyn Davidson directed the Froid-Lake offense with seven assists, helping create scoring opportunities for her teammates. Joelle Davidson and Camri Salvevold each contributed one service ace.

The energy in the stands added to the intensity on the court, with supporters from both communities celebrating strong serves, extended rallies and defensive plays. Froid-Lake fans continued encouraging the RedHawks as they worked to keep pace with the Fusion.

While the final result favored Richey-Lambert by a 25-19, 26-24, 25-15 final, the RedHawks showed determination, teamwork and school spirit in front of the homecoming crowd.
