FourStar, Wozniak Return To Wolf Point Council

The Wolf Point City Council held their regular meeting Jan. 20. Former council member Jeff Wozniak introduced himself as a candidate for Ward 2. He was voted in by the council. Tara Thomas was also a candidate. Lance FourStar also discussed his background and was voted in for Ward 4.

During public comment, Noreen Hohman spoke about the continued absence of the new chief of police Anthony Cambridge.

City attorney Montana Wilson provided an update about ongoing civil and criminal matters.

Greg Lukasik from Great West Engineering provided an update on water and wastewater improvement projects.

KLJ Engineering was approved to receive the airport engineering contract.

The next council meeting is Feb. 17.
