Bainville Boys Score Win Over Froid/Lake

Bainville’s boys’ basketball team enjoyed a good start and defeated Froid/Lake, 6742, on Saturday, Jan. 10.

The Bulldogs jumped out to a 22-5 lead in the opening quarter. Parker Berwick scored 14 points in the period and Holden Salivar hit two three-pointers.

Bainville led 42-18 at intermission and 54-32 after three quarters.

Berwick finished with 30 points. Also reaaching double figures were Salivar with 14 and Kaiden Holmes with 11. Evan Anderson had eight and Rowan Wilson added four points.

Top scorers for the Red Hawks were Carsen Kelm and Carsen Aasheim with eight points. Also scoring were Aaron Orozco with seven, Eddie Orozco with six, Teagan Fossum with four, Rylan Young with three and Easton Marottek with three.
