Cowgirls Beat MonDak Team

The Culbertson Cowgirls pulled away to defeat MonDak in four sets during home volleyball play on Thursday, Sept. 18. Culbertson earned a 26-24, 15-25, 25-20, 25-7, victory.

Leaders for the Cowgirls included Emma Berwick with 11 kills, one ace, three blocks and 28 digs. Catherine Donaldson finished with seven kills, four aces, two assists, three blocks and 22 digs.

Mariana Burciaga accounted for five kills, a block, two aces, two assists and 28 digs. Ayden Ator had 22 assists, 11 digs, six aces and a kill.

Payton Labatte added three kills, six assists and nine digs. Leandra Perkins scored six aces, seven kills, two assists and 20 digs. Kalia Featherston had two kills. Stella Fox had a dig. Bella Petersen finished with an assist and a dig.

Culbertson defeated Lustre by a 25-20, 25-22, 25-15, margin on Saturday, Sept. 20.

Catherine Donaldson led the Cowgirls with six kills, four aces, two blocks and 18 digs.

Payton Labatte finished with two aces, two kills, two assists and 10 digs.

Emma Berwick scored seven kills, five aces and 11 digs. Leandra Perkins had four aces, six kills and 10 digs.

Mariana Burciaga accounted for three kills, one ace and 14 digs. Ayden Ator had three aces, 24 assists and 11 digs.

Kalia Featherston added two kills and one ace. Stella Fox and Bella Petersen each had one dig.
