Moon Faces Intimidation Charge

Jesse Moon is facing the felony charge of intimidation and misdemeanor charge of partner or family member assault. He is scheduled to appear in district court on Sept. 15.

According to court documents, law enforcement received a call on Aug. 19, from Moon’s father reporting that Jesse Moon came home under the influence of alcohol and started a fight with the father’s other son. Jesse allegedly then told his father that he would shoot him if he went back into the house.

If convicted of the intimidation charge, Moon faces maximum penalties of 10 years in prison, a fine of $50,000 or both. The maximum penalties for the partner or family member assault charge are one year in jail and a $1,000 fine.
