Two individuals were sentenced during hearings in district court in front of Judge David J. Cybulski on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Joshua Edward Franke was sentenced in a revocation hearing. He admitted to violations including having drug paraphernalia and being in the possession of alcohol.
Based on a joint recommendation, Franke was sentenced to five years with the Montana Department of Corrections

The bid from Gratech Company of Berthold, N.D., was for $6.10 a ton for a total bid of $158,600.
