The Wolf Point Wolves earned first place in drama sweeps during their home speech and drama meet held on Saturday, Dec. 7. Elli Ryan and Cole Boysun won first-place honors for humorous theater. Poplar’s boys’ basketball team split its first two games to open its season during the weekend. The Indians opened with a 62-52 win over Rocky Boy on Friday, Dec. 6.
